Sewing on Saturdays
After almost 2 years of trying to teach myself how to sew, I've decided to invest in a class. I'm sewing a skirt using a pattern (In the photo it's the skirt in the center). I'm using a brown wool fabric with brown velvety flowers. The fabric photos were taken with my cell phone so the colors are not accurate.

Way to go! I love to sew. Your abuelita taught me when I was about 5 or 6 and I haven't stopped. However. finding my sewing room at the moment, well that is the number 1 mystery of the day.....It is under a redo and I miss my machines.
The next thing you need is a serger..hint hint ole man.....in the south or is it in the NORTH POLE?? Once you get one of those you will be in haven.
Good luck with your sewing class the skirt you chose is very nice.

Wow, you're on your way. Don't rush yourself on the sewing and it will come out smashing.
